Art is a mediatative practice for me. I try to maintain a state of mindfulness so that the artmaking process becomes one reflection, learning, and ecstacy, and so that the finished work includes a deeper message than what is physically present on the surface.

The improvisational nature of most of my work allows me to work with the "flow" - that which feels right at the time
